When gearheads say that a car is reliable, what they mean is that you can limp your car into any parts store and reliably find all the parts you need to get it back on the road again using nothing more than the loose change underneath the seat and the three random wrenches that you tossed in your trunk a few years back and never bothered to get out.

Yes, that's Clarkson ghostriding the (in)famous Porsche 928 at Butch Cassidy's Argentinean hideout while Hammond fixes his power steering pump and May provides moral support.
